Soft Strip
We offer both commercial and domestic soft strip demolition services.
Before structural dismantling or major refurbishment can take place, we will systematically remove all fixtures and fittings, plus non-load bearing partitions from buildings. Materials will be segregated into various waste classifications as defined by the Environment Agency and delivered to recycling centres wherever possible.
Waste Management
Reduction of waste is always a major objective in all projects. Debris and other materials are sorted into different categories for disposal at different locations, where it can be treated and processed for re-use or re-cycling where possible, subject to the potential re-use at the planning stages.
We recognise our responsibilities regarding the effective management of waste, and operate in line with all Principle Contractor Waste Management Plans and Legislative requirements, providing waste stream reports as necessary.
